Girls at 8:30 AM    Boys 12:45 PM - Meet at the top level of stands

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Eligibility

An athlete may compete in any two events.  Seeded heats will run first.

Pole Vault -  9 '                                   Pole Vault - TBD by event judge.

 

 

In the Shot Put, Long Jump, Triple Jump and Discus:  all the first jumps and throws will be measured.  After that only those over a certain distance will be measured.

Numbers

All athletes must wear a competitor number.  PSAL athletes will wear their assigned

 

numbers.  All others will be given a assigned number for the meet.

Your relays will be seeded the day of the meet off your cards.  Please

Team Scoring

Team Scoring will be as follows - 1st - 6 Points, 2nd - 4 Points, 3rd - 3 Points

Sprint & HH Finals

Top Eight times will advance to finals.
