College/Club/Open Final Instructions

 

  1. All athletes must have a bib number on to compete.  All club and individual athletes have packets located on the 3rd floor.
  2. To run a relay all relay teams must pick up a relay card at the 3rd floor packet pick-up table.  It must be filled out and returned to the table.  At the time of relay card pick-up club teams will be expected to pay entry fee for the relay.  Do not wait until the last minute.  Please do this at least an hour before the event.
  3. All running events should check in with the clerks to receive lane assignments and hip numbers.  The clerk will be located in the garage area at the south side of the stands.  (Near the 100m start)
  4. Please check in at least 20 minutes prior to event.  If need be the event will be re-seeded 10 minutes before the start.
  5. Field Events-Check in at the site of the event. 
  6. Implement Weigh In’sWill take place in the garage at the south side of the stadium (100m start).  Please weight all Implements in as early as possible.
  7. We will not rush through the schedule but to reserve the right to move ahead of schedule.  At no time will the meet run anymore then 45 minutes ahead.
  8. All Events-Running event ¼” pyramids only. Exceptions-Javelin and Pole Vault may wear 3/8”
  9. The Men’s Hammer will take place immediately following the women’s hammer.  Estimated start 9:45am.
