Thank you for your interest in the 4th Annual New Balance NYC Qualifying Challenge at Icahn Stadium.  The event will take place on Saturday, May 9th. 

 

Meet information is as follows;

 

All entries must be processed through www.directathletics.com.  Entries will open on April 1st and will remain open until Wednesday, May 6th at Noon EST. 

Entry fee is $20 per event or $300 per team (Teams are considered single sex for a combined men's and women's team $550).  Entry fees should be paid in advance or at packet pick-up, this will be strictly enforced; all exceptions must be cleared through the meet director prior to competition day.  Please remember this is an entry fee and not a participation fee.  Please make all checks payable to; The Randall’s Island Sports Foundation. 

 

All late college team entries will be charged an additional $50.00 processing fee per team.

Athletes in the Championship sections will be placed there by meet management, if you wish to run in those sections please contact the meet director prior to the closing of entries.  The following events will have a two section final dividing college and open athletes; 100m, High Hurdle, and 200m and preliminary not having more then 9 individuals will be run as a straight final.

 

Heat sheets will be posted on www.icahnstadium.org by Thursday May 7th.

 

Awards will be presented to the top three individuals.  There will also be most outstanding performance awards presented to the best male and female college performance based on the IAAF scoring tables.  Additional information on awards will be posted on the website when available.
